What everyone asks us
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We work with a county license and insurance, so your venue and your guests can relax.
What's included?+
Professional bartenders, the mobile bar, your cocktail menu design, flavored syrups, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, county license and insurance. All of that is in the price. If you want real glassware instead of cups, we quote it separately.
How much does it cost?+
From $500 for 4 hours with up to 30 guests: $650 up to 50, $900 up to 75, $1,000 up to 100 and $1,200 up to 150. Each extra hour is $100 per bartender, waiters are $55 an hour, dry ice is $60 and long distances add $50. For over 150 guests, we'll quote it.
Is the show included?+
Fire and Smoke Top come with the service. LED cocktail presentation is available: ask us when you request a quote. Dry ice is $60 extra.
Is alcohol included?+
No. Usually you buy it, and we tell you what and how much for your cocktails and guests. If you'd rather we buy it, we quote it based on the cocktails you pick.
How far do you travel?+
From Homestead to Fort Lauderdale: all of Miami-Dade and south Broward, plus yachts and marinas. See the full list under Areas.
Do you serve on yachts?+
Yes. We do yachts and marinas around Miami, plus homes, venues, restaurants and offices.
Is your staff bilingual?+
Yes, our whole team serves in English and Spanish.
How do I reserve my date?+
A deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance must be paid before service begins. If paying by check, it must be received at least 5 business days in advance.
How far ahead should I book?+
As soon as you can: dates fill up fast, especially weekends. Message us as soon as you have a date.
How do I pay?+
Credit card, check, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App and cash. Zelle, cash and check pay the listed price; credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Cash App add a 3.5% processing fee.
